Initial Assessment and Treatment
Initial appointment to be booked for the first time seeing Dr. Tamara, this is a one time fee for a full assessment, health history and treatment. Maximum of 2-3 body sites (Ex. Neck, shoulder and mid back) assess on first visits. First treatment will only be possible if deemed safe and time permitting.
- Spinal adjustments for back and neck pain relief.
- Soft-tissue/manual therapy for muscle tension and dysfunction.
- TMJ assessment and manual treatment for jaw-related pain.
- Joint mobilization for joint stiffness and range restoration.
- Rehabilitation exercises for sports injury recovery and performance.
