This appointment is REQUIRED for all NEW patients. Includes an in-depth discussion of your primary health concerns, health history, and treatment goals. Any relevant physical exams will be performed and lab testing can be ordered if indicated to aid in making an assessment. You will leave with a comprehensive treatment plan. To get the most out of your first visit please complete your online intake forms prior to the appointment.

The initial meeting will include a review of the intake form, presenting concerns, past medical history, and goals for your treatment plan. A general movement assessment will take place, followed by osteopathic assessment and treatment. It is essential to wear loose-fitting clothing and pants that will stretch with movement. *If you have recently had medical surgery or severe medical conditions/illness, you will need to be cleared by a medical physician before our first appointment can begin.*

First appointment for NEW or RETURNING musculoskeletal clients who have not been seen in 6 months or more. Your physiotherapist will take a comprehensive medical history and detailed assessment based on your specific goals.
