Exercise Therapy sessions are one on one with our kinesiologist to review and progress your home exercise program to ensure you are on the right track with your recovery. Your sessions will be directed by your physiotherapist as they will collaborate with the kinesiologist and continue to monitor your progress throughout. These sessions are offered to help patients develop the strength and mobility needed to ensure a successful return to activity, and supplement your regular physiotherapy sessions. Due to the physiotherapist guiding your program, these sessions can be billed to your insurance company as physiotherapy.
