Massage Therapy
Travel Massage for when you just can't make it to my office (or don't want to!). I provide my table, sheets, music, massage tools, and my healing powers. You provide at least a 4x9 space with not too many stairs to climb?! Travel time has been added to price but if you're less than 10 minutes away, price can be lower!
Naturopath
Natural health counseling. Dietary counseling, goal setting, stress management, sleep changes, environmental changes, supplements, lifestyle and functional medicine, Treat the cause not just the symptoms. Initial intake meeting to review your conditions and concerns. We review any prior labs, supplements, medications and health history to uncover the cause and find the most natural way to bring you towards optimal wellness.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. The Foot has a "map" of the body, there are points that represent your head, sinuses, back, organs, etc. working on the feet can help soothe the rest of the body. Plus foot massages are great regardless.
