Massage Therapy
Manual therapeutic massage is performed by the therapist to address specific or general areas of stress, tension, decreased function and range of motion in the body. Modalities may vary for each patient specifically. Massage therapy is used to help with sleep aid, stress reduction, decrease pain, increase range of motion, mental fatigue, scar reduction, prenatal and postnatal conditions, TMJ, headaches, hormonal, physiological and muscular conditions alike.

Physiotherapy
Dry Needling - addressing musculoskeletal and soft tissue complaints using one or more monofilament needles. These needles are similar to the needles used in Acupuncture Medicine. However, with Dry Needle Therapy these needles are used to address trigger points and other muscular involved conditions. Safe for all ages, genders and sizes.
