Our signature 60-minute massage is thoughtfully customized to meet your individual needs, whether you're seeking relaxation, recovery, or relief. Each session may include organic aromatherapy, warm herbal compresses, hot towels, therapeutic salves and balms, cupping, gua sha or hot stone therapy, depending on the recommendation of your therapist. Every detail is intentionally curated to create a deeply nurturing and restorative experience.
Chiropractic
Detailed intake, history and examination followed by a report of findings and personalized treatment plan created. Includes first chiropractic treatment (could include ART, adjustments, electric modalities, cupping, or other therapies) **REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW PATIENTS** (including pediatric and Webster Technique)
- Spinal adjustments and extremity joint mobilizations.
- Active Release Technique for soft tissue adhesion and tension.
- Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston/IASTM).
- Kinesio taping for support and movement facilitation.
- Cupping therapy to reduce muscle tightness and pain.
- Rehabilitative exercises for injury recovery and stability.
- Pre- and post-natal chiropractic care for pregnancy-related issues.
