Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the movement of lymph fluid through the body’s lymphatic system, which helps remove waste and excess fluid. Using light, rhythmic strokes, the massage directs lymph fluid toward healthy lymph nodes from congested areas, mainly located in the neck, armpits, and groin, to support natural detoxification, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation.
