Initial Assessment
Initial appointment that will help us determine what is causing your complaint, and how we are going to treat it. This will include an oral history, physical exam and treatment with appropriate referrals if needed. This appointment is for new patients or patients who haven't been to the clinic in over three years! Are your complaints a result of an on the job injury or auto accident? If so please contact us before booking.
