It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Also includes essential oils and hot towel as needed.

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet, hands and ears to help correct energy flows throughout your body.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It is helpful for people with lymphedema, congestion or need a lighter massage. Lymphatic Drainage is also used as a post op assistant for recovery.
