Core Kinetic Therapy is an assessment and treatment of soft tissue injuries such as neck, back, hip, sciatica, shoulder pain/rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet, tennis/golfer’s elbow, shin splint, ankle sprain, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, TMJD (TemporoMandibular Joint Dysfunction) and more. Recommended self-care techniques personalized to your situation are also taught for fast recovery and increased health of tissues and joints. Wear comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a tee-shirt, as well as Tube-Top or Sports Bra for women that gives easy access to the area that we’re going to focus on.
