Osteopathy
During an Initial Assessment (the first appointment) the client can expect an indepth health history intake and physical evaluation for the purpose of informing the practitioner the state the client is in and how the accumulation of their life experiences enabled or contributed to their current state. At the end of the Initial Assessment, provided that time permits it, there will be a proposed treatment plan and the first treatment. Ideally, during the physical evaluation the client would be wearing as little as possible, such as full-bottom underwear and bra (non racerback bra and no sport bra), to allow an obstructed view of their body.

- Manipulative treatment addressing visceral, craniosacral, fascial restrictions.
- Soft tissue techniques to restore tissue mobility and reduce tension.
