A therapeutic massage using smooth gliding strokes to calm the nervous system, promote relaxation, and ease muscle tension. Medium/firm pressure is used with area specific deep tissue work. Aromatherapy, gliding cupping, hot stones, and choice of CBD or Arnica oil included as desired.
