If this is your first visit, please schedule this appointment. We will evaluate how your body moves and identify the source of pain, stiffness, or restriction. This includes reviewing your health history, assessing posture and mobility, and checking movement patterns and muscle imbalances. Treatment may begin during this visit and can include adjustments, soft tissue work, and corrective exercises based on your needs. Our goal is to help you move and feel better long-term.
