NEW PATIENT Consult & Treatment
New Patient Consult and Treatment. This is a 45 minute session that includes consultation and treatment with the doctor. You MUST fill out the online paperwork before your visit or your appointment may be rescheduled. If you no show or do not call to cancel / reschedule more than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. There is no charge to change or cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
