Chiropractic New Patient Exam
If you are a new patient to York Family Chiropractic and 18+, this is where you want to start. Choose this option and please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out the New Patient Intake forms. After completing the intake forms, there will be a consultation and examination followed by your first adjustment, if appropriate. Payments accepted include: cash, HSA/FSA cards, credit/debit cards or check. NO SHOW FEE $50

- Addressing pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care.
