Physiotherapy Assessment + Treatment 45 mins (In Clinic)
This is your initial physiotherapy appointment, or your first visit in over 4 months. Your session will begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your current function, concerns, and goals. Based on these findings, your physiotherapist will develop a personalized treatment plan and begin treatment during the same visit. This may include manual therapy, guided exercises, education, and practical strategies to support your recovery, mobility, and independence.
