During your initial visit, we’ll have a consultation to get acquainted and collect your medical history. We’ll go over any ailments or symptoms you may have and discuss areas where you’d like to see improvement. I’ll evaluate your overall condition and formulate next steps in your treatment plan. For your first visit, plan to spend between 60 and 90 minutes. Follow up visits last 1 hour.

In this appointment Shamayne will review your health history, concerns, symptoms, and conduct a diagnostic evaluation to find out what is balanced in your body, what is out of balance, what needs to be supported and what needs to be calmed in your body. This appointment includes an Acupuncture treatment as well.
