Prenatal Lymphatic Massage uses light, rhythmic movements to help reduce swelling in the legs, feet, and hands, support circulation, relieve heaviness, and calm the nervous system. It helps you feel lighter, more comfortable, and more balanced throughout pregnancy. *Must be at least 20 weeks along at the time of your appointment.* I do not massage the abdomen. This massage is focused on your legs, feet, and arms.
