Lymphatic Drainage
Mama Bear Honey Flow is a gentle, supportive approach to prenatal bodywork that combines myofascial lymphatic drainage with nervous system-focused care. During pregnancy, the body naturally holds more fluid and works harder to circulate it. This session is designed to support lymphatic flow, reduce feelings of heaviness or puffiness, and help the body feel more at ease.
