To form a treatment plan, we look at health history, tongue and pulse diagnosis. I use a variety of techniques. Bodywork to release stagnation trapped at the surface of the body. Acupuncture needles placed in strategic points to engage with the deeper channels of the body. CranioSacral therapy to enhance the parasympathetic state. Living in the PNW, moxabustion is frequently required. I offer lifestyle, Chinese herbal remedies, essential oils and stone medicine suggestions to use at home.
