During each therapeutic massage appointment Anna uses a variety of techniques to address musculoskeletal and postural dysfunction, tailoring the treatment to the specific needs of the client. Techniques include myofascial trigger point release, joint mobilization, fascial and connective tissue massage, plus all Swedish massage applications, therapeutic exercise, and hydrotherapy. Previous to her RMT training Anna had been offering Ayurvedic body work for the past 10 years. She is now excited to offer this modality, covered under regular massage benefits.
