Mayank Patel is a Registered Physiotherapist who is certified in acupuncture and dry needling. He has also been trained for Vestibular Rehabilitation and Post-concussion Rehabilitation. He graduated in physiotherapy from RGUHS, India in 2012 and completed a Diploma from Conestoga College, Ontario. Mayank comes with a lot of experience in clinical practice. His areas of practice, interest and experience include, musculoskeletal injuries, soft tissue release and manual therapy techniques along with many others. Mayank is eager to help his patients move freely and pain-free. He is hardworking, loyal and dedicated to his profession. In his spare time, Mayank loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors and hiking.

Complex Acupuncture Assessment

An Initial Assessment is for new patients, returning patients with new injuries, or patients returning after longer than 3 months. Please book as a Complex Assessment if you have more than 1 body part which you would like assessed by the Physiotherapist. The assessment includes detailed history taking followed by the objective physical examination by your physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will discuss about the acupuncture combined with physiotherapy treatment and its outcomes. Your initial visit includes assessment as well as treatment and would take 45-60 minutes. Our clinic uses only single use, disposable needles for the treatments.

Physiotherapy Initial Assessment - 2 Body Parts

An Initial Assessment is for patients returning after longer than 3 months, or new patients, returning patients with new injuries or a new body part. The initial Assessment includes detailed history taking followed by the objective physical examination by your Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan for you after the evaluation. Your initial visit includes Assessment as well as a Treatment. *Please, book a COMPLEX ASSESSMENT if you are facing systemic/whole body issues that may require more time.*
