Kayo de Souza completed his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Western University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from York University. Kayo’s love for sports and desire to help others confidently return to the activities they love inspired him to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Kayo focuses on developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs. He employs a hands-on treatment approach, using manual therapy techniques in combination with corrective exercises and client education. Kayo also prioritizes the importance of prevention; not only becoming pain-free but addressing underlying faulty movement patterns to prevent re-injury and improve function. A life-long learner, he has pursued certifications in manual therapy and acupuncture. Outside the clinic Kayo enjoys staying active going for runs in his neighborhood, playing recreational soccer and volleyball.
