Elijah is a Registered Massage Therapist with over six years of clinical experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings. He has extensive experience supporting clients through injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and recovery from a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Having worked closely alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, Elijah takes a collaborative and individualized approach to treatment, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping clients return to the activities that are important to them. His treatments incorporate techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pin-and-stretch, and cupping, while always adapting treatment to each client’s needs and goals. Elijah is passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
