Being involved at an early age in several sports including soccer, volleyball, and snowboarding, David has had his fair share of injuries, including a serious knee injury that required him to undergo extensive physiotherapy. This gave him a profound perspective on the rehabilitation process as a patient, which he has carried with him. This experience has allowed him to more clearly understand patients’ needs. David is dedicated to providing quality patient-focused care through manual therapy, education, and patient specific therapeutic exercises. He believes that the key to successful treatment starts with a thorough assessment to determine the root cause of pain or injury. David believes in continuous learning and has training in Mulligan Techniques, McKenzie Treatment approach to low back and neck pain, Manual Therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling. David is also a member of the Toronto Written Development Group (WIGC) for the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators, where he is involved with the development of content for the Physiotherapy Competency Exam. In his free time, David enjoys cycling, travelling, and exploring the Toronto food scene.
