Vivian has graduated from a 2800-hour accredited Massage Therapy program. During her practicum, she has gained experience working at various outreaches including BC Women’s Hospital, City Centre Care Society, and Positive Living BC. Vivian’s goal is to inform, educate and provide the best evidence-based treatment to all of her patients using a variety of techniques such as: Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) Muscle energy technique (MET) Trigger point therapy Myofascial release Graston technique Joint mobilizations Outside of the clinic Vivian also works as a clinical instructor at one of the RMT schools. She enjoys staying active through weightlifting, yoga, and pilates.
