I’ve been fascinated by how the body moves and adapts since I was young. After completing my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at Capilano University, I developed broad clinical interests ranging from complex neurological conditions and return-to-sport programs to clinical communication, with a particular focus on supporting people living with chronic pain. My approach is patient-centered and trauma-informed, prioritizing your goals, preferences, and comfort to make movement feel safe and accessible for every body. I also serve as a clinical mentor for emerging kinesiology students. Outside of work, I stay active through powerlifting, dancing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and riding my motorcycle, always seeking new challenges and adventures.
You'll want to book one of these if it's your first time seeing a kinesiologist at our clinic, or if this is a new issue that you're dealing with. If this injury is part of an ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim, please be sure to bring your Care Card number (PHN), claim number, and adjuster or lawyer's information along with you. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct billing for Kinesiology (except ICBC) at this moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
