Massage
For new clients booking their first registered massage therapy appointment. This one-time initial session includes intake, health history review, assessment when appropriate, treatment planning, hands-on massage therapy, and self-care recommendations when needed. This option applies to first-time clients booking deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, neck and shoulder massage, or other general registered massage therapy sessions. Please note that our massage therapy appointments take place in a professional registered massage therapy clinic, not a spa setting. Sessions are calm, comfortable, and therapeutic, with your therapist checking in about pressure, areas of focus, and comfort so your treatment feels personalized and appropriate for your goals. After your first visit, you may book regular massage therapy appointments.
Lymphatic Drainage
All sessions include an intake/assessment (5min), treatment and remedial exercises (3-5 min). We would thus suggest that you opt for a longer session, should you feel that you require more hands-on time.
