Codee Koch is a Registered Massage Therapist based in Vernon, BC. Her approach to massage therapy is grounded in compassion and empathy, ensuring each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet her client’s unique needs. She incorporates techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, muscle energy, myofascial work, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support a wide range of wellness goals. Codee earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UBCO and later gained experience in the veterinary field before moving into a teaching role, where she instructed future Veterinary Hospital Assistants.
