Ideal for post-workout recovery, stress relief, or consistent maintenance care. Travel policy: Within 8 miles standard pricing; 8–12 miles +$50; 12+ miles +$100 (or studio recommended).
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, hour-long therapy that supports the body’s natural detox process. Light, rhythmic strokes encourage lymph flow to reduce swelling, relieve congestion, and boost immune health. Excellent after surgery, travel, or when you’re feeling sluggish or inflamed.
