Sukhjinder is a graduate from the Active Health and Rehabilitation program at SFU majoring in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology. Sukhjinder takes a client based approach focusing on skill development. Sukhjinder has been supporting the community with his work in physical rehab within both clinic and community settings. Sukhjinder also engages within social work to support his clients to return to work after mental health incidents helping them to manage and recover from depression and anxiety and return to work. Sukhjinder is an experienced professional who is registered with the BCAK and has a solid foundation within the fitness and rehabilitation industry with experience teaching group fitness classes, personal and private training, corporate training, kinesiology and community based kinesiology and rehabilitation programs.
