Hello! I've been practicing massage therapy in the Corvallis, OR area since 2004! I've had the pleasure of working in spa and hospital settings and am now in a great little solo office in downtown Corvallis. A journey to massage school, hoping to learn more about and how to manage my chronic migraines and maybe find a job that was fun, turned very quickly into a full-blown love affair with bodywork. Body mechanics, the detective work to find what habits and postures we engage in that lay the foundation for our aches and pains, is so exciting! I love that first treatment after we get to implement a decisive plan and things just start moving! When I'm not massaging, I'm exploring the world with my husband and son!
