Hi, I’m Rachel. I graduated from SWIHA as a Master Massage Practitioner in October 2024. In addition to my 1000-hour program, I’ve completed an additional 850 hours of advanced training in energy work and bodywork modalities. I am also certified in Koren Specific Technique (KST), and I integrate massage-appropriate, soft-tissue and body-response-based methods inspired by KST principles into my sessions. This allows me to use gentle, feedback-guided approaches to identify areas of tension and help the body naturally unwind—always within the scope of therapeutic massage and bodywork. As a practitioner, I look for underlying holding patterns—whether they appear in the fascia, muscles, structure, movement, or even in the ways we speak about what we’re experiencing. My goal is to help each client find a digestible, grounded way for their body and nervous system to soften old patterns and develop new, supportive muscle memories that nurture the body, mind, and soul.

Restful Resonance
Relaxation

This session meets your body exactly where it is. I use a combination of gentle, hands-on techniques tailored to your needs to help release tension, ease holding patterns, and restore a sense of calm. Sound bowls are layered in to add soothing vibrations that support your nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and help you feel more balanced and centered. The sound also encourages body awareness, helping your body naturally tune into areas that need release. You may select an aromatherapy to enhance the relaxing atmosphere and make your session even more restorative. All work is fully clothed, keeping you comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the session.
