Before moving to Seattle with her partner and cat, Saralyn found her passion to help others through therapeutic bodywork and massage. As a Bay Area native, Saralyn graduated in 2016 from San Francisco State with a bachelor of science in kinesiology and a minor in dance. After she gained 3 years of experience as a physical therapy aide. Saralyn Bustos attended the San Jose National Holistic Institute (NHI) where she began practicing massage in May 2019 completed NHI’s 1250hr Advanced Neuromuscular massage therapy program. Since then she has worked with everyday, collegiate, and professional athletes becoming proficient in Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Intraoral, and Lymphatic massage, and she is excited to explore more modalities such as craniosacral therapy and prenatal massage. She believes that massage therapy can be an essential aspect in integrated healthcare by supporting the biopsychosocial model by seeing a person’s pain as a signal for change in all aspects of life.
