Teresa Variel, practicing since 2007 brings years of experience understanding human physiology and kinesiology. This knowledge creates a custom massage session designed to fit the needs of each client. Teresa specializes in Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Reiki, Hot Stone and Relaxation Massage. A passion for therapeutic deep tissue techniques provides a surreal experience for the mind, body, and spirit. She especially enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring all the special nooks and crannies of Central Oregon.
