A Registered Nurse in the hospital setting of Critical care for over 20 years embracing western medicine to the fullest, I decided to embrace a more holistic focus of helping people feel better without the side effects of medicine. Working full time as a nurse, I went to Cedar Stone Massage School to embrace the journey. My specialization training includes lymphatic drainage, trigger point, deep tissue and swedish massage. I love working with hot stones to add that special touch to each massage. I live on a farm in the small town of Criders, VA with my husband and two teenagers. I enjoy gardening and decorating for each season. I love living life to the fullest and celebrating each day. I invite you to experience how a massage can make life even better.
