Katherine Levy, RN, LMT Hi there! I am a professional massage therapist with over 20 years of experience and hold a current Texas license to practice massage therapy and bodywork.I graduated from the Montana School of Massage in Missoula, MT in 2003 with 650+ educational hours, including additional training and certification in La Stone Therapy, energy work, Raindrop Technique, acupressure, sound healing, and cupping. In 2013, I obtained an associate degree in nursing from Austin Community College in Austin to become a licensed registered nurse. My experience throughout the years encompasses western medical and clinical practices, but more importantly, a variety of alternative, natural and holistic modalities, which has become a strong passion and direction for my work. Ive had the privilege to work with clients from all age groups with a diverse range of health challenges.My focus is on assisting others integrate healthy lifestyles through education on clean diet, physical movement, restoration, and individualized self-care. My specialties include deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, and myofascial massage. However, I am always looking for ways and techniques to enhance my practice to provide the best quality and therapeutic experience to my clients.
