I am a Marine Veteran who decided to switch gears and slow down. I am licensed in Maine and NC. I am an instructor at the massage school Panacea in Maine. I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Medicine where I focused on herbology. I feel plants are medicine and offer teas to help or just enjoy. I am also Yoga 500hr yoga alliance certified. Ive been practicing massage, yoga and herbology for a few years now and it is truly life changing. My goal is to help your body relax, recover and/or prevent any injury. I offer relaxation massage, prenatal massage, therapeutic massage (which can include deep tissue, cupping, hot stone, and myofascial release). I am also trained in oncology massage.
