I graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in 2008. I have been practicing massage for over ten years. I specialize in deep tissue, medical massage, swedish, trigger point, hot stone, cupping, prenatal and Master level reiki sessions. My goal is to have you leaving physically, emotionally and spiritually balanced at the end of your session. I base each session on your individual needs using a combination of massage techniques, modalities and reiki. Reiki is a gentle, hands on healing art. By the placement of the hands over and/or on the body healing can occur which can boost your immune system, speed up the healing process, reduce stress, and brings about a deep state of relaxation. There are greater benefits when the two are combined. This treatment will have you feeling like the very best version of yourself!
