Everyone has a unique life path and should be treated with a deep sense of respect. My goal is to use the expertise Ive acquired to design a bodywork experience that aligns with your holistic aspirations. My grandmother started her massage career at the age of 50 and practiced until she was 80 years old-- She introduced me to holistic practices growing up and inspired me to blaze my own path in the healing arts. I am proud to be a graduate of CenterPoint Massage Therapy & Shiatsu School & Clinic in St. Louis Park, MN. I am also beyond blessed to have been guided bytwo of Minneapolis' most talented bodyworkers, who studied modalities in Thailand and China. Ipractice a mixture of therapeutic and energetic modalities. These include Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Restorative sports, Reiki, Thai stretching techniques, Reflexology, Cupping, Deep tissue, Swedish and Meditative massage.
