As a certified, licensed, and insured massage therapist, I strive to provide my clients with high quality care. My background is massage therapy for sports injuries, spinal trauma, and rehabilitation. In the 28 years I've been practicing, I have expanded my practice to work with oncology patients and survivors, women with high risk pregnancies, and those dealing with chronic pain and autoimmune diseases. I enjoy being a part of true health care and wellness.In my own personal quest for better health and continued wellness, I have become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. It is my honor and privilege to assist people looking to improve and enhance their personal health and wellness picture through massage therapy, yoga, and functional training. Your massage therapy is just that- YOURS. Each session will be customized to your specific needs at the time of your appointment. Therapeutic techniques may include the following: Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neurovascular Holding Points, & Manual Lymph Drainage These sessions will be tailored for stress reduction, pain management, or healing. Appropriate for all ages and stages of life, including Pre/Post Natal, Infants and Children, as well as Oncology needs.
