Arra graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where she studied various techniques and gained clinical experience treating patients with variety of conditions like acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, stress and work related concerns causing pain and tension, neurological conditions, etc. Her interest in human body and its function, as well as how manual therapy affects the body, led her to pursue to become an RMT. She understands that massage therapy is significant and helpful in one’s overall health by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, providing relief from pain/tension, and preventing injuries. She is passionate to help people achieve their needs to gain and/or improve their overall functional performance because she personally felt the wonderful benefits of massage therapy from previously experiencing injuries.
