I graduated from Blue Cliff College in Fayetteville, AR in July 2020. I have worked the past year and a half with clients to alleviate pain, decrease stress, and find relaxation. In that time I also worked with the University of Arkansas athletes including football, basketball, baseball, and track. While sports massage and deep tissue are more sought out, I enjoy taking time out for prenatal massages to help expecting moms find some comfort and stress relief.
Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Reflexology
A gentle service that uses light pressure on reflex areas of the feet, targeting the nerve endings to bring balance in your body.
