Halle graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology's Advanced Standing Massage Therapy program, earning her Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2026. She began her post secondary education at Sheridan College where she completed an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) and has been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 2024. Her background in athletic therapy provides her with a strong understanding of injury assessment, rehabilitation, and return-to-activity planning. Halle has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports, with a particular passion for hockey and rugby. Outside of the clinic, she continues to provide field coverage for multiple rugby clubs. This gives her firsthand experience managing acute injuries and supporting athletes throughout their recovery. Halle's treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with individualized treatment plans designed to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function. She believes in addressing the root cause of symptoms whenever possible and incorporates targeted stretches, mobility work, and strengthening exercises where appropriate to help patients achieve lasting results and prevent future injuries. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing everyday aches and pains or looking to optimize your performance, Halle is committed to helping you reach your goals. Born and raised in Norfolk County, Halle grew up playing competitive rep hockey, where she developed her passion for sports medicine and helping others stay active. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
