I am a dedicated physical therapist with over 14 years of experience in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions in children and adults. As a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, I have a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. I specialize in dry needling and neuromusculoskeletal manual and exercise-based interventions to help patients maintain or improve their function. I combine evidence-based practices with personalized care to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family and friends partaking in many of the outdoor and sporting activities that come with each changing season and a growing household of athletes. You could say coaching is my part-time job. I believe that maintaining an active lifestyle and challenging human potential is crucial to maximizing overall health, both physically and mentally. I look forward to improving health care access for wellness-based services and look forward to serving this community.
