Athletic Therapist & Kinesiologist Whether you are training for your next big marathon, or just need a little help getting over a persistent injury: Paige is your girl. With a focus on functional movement, strength training, and mobility.
If this is your first session with a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) at Agile, or you are returning with a new issue, this is the 60 minute session for you. Our CAT will assess your injury, and work with you to create and implement a personalized active rehabilitation plan. 'Prevention is better than the cure' - If you need help preventing an injury, or need to work on your gym and fitness techniques then our Athletic Therapists are the ones for you. Book in an initial session and see how they can help you to improve and perform better. If you can not find an appointment that works for you, please call the clinic.
