Meet Lemlem Mebrahtu! A dedicated manual osteopathic therapist with a wealth of experience and a passion for promoting holistic wellness. Lemlem holds dual diplomas in Manual Osteopathy from both the Manual Osteopathy College of Canada (MOCC) and the International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO) in Belgium. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Ahfad University for Women in Khartoum, Sudan. Lemlem is in good standing with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA), reflecting her commitment to professionalism and ongoing education within her field. With a diverse background, Lemlem has gained valuable experience as a Physical Therapist in both Egypt and Sudan from 2013 to 2019, before transitioning to focus specifically on manual osteopathy in Sudan between 2019 and 2022. Her dedication to helping others led her to further her career as an Assistant Physiotherapist in Edmonton. In her practice, Lemlem utilizes a variety of modalities to address the unique needs of each individual she treats. Her expertise includes manual therapy, muscle testing, exercise therapy, myofascial remodeling, visceral manipulation, involuntary mechanism, and osteoarticulation. By combining these techniques, Lemlem strives to optimize her clients’ physical health, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being.
