I have been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2007, and am a graduate of the 3,000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Since Graduation I have worked in spas, multi disciplinary clinics and have been operating my own clinic since 2011. I have even returned to the college as a sessional teaching assistant and clinical supervisor.I have taken continuing education in osteopathic techniques, kinesiology taping, myofascial release, and pain education. In 2012 I completed the 3 year Acupuncture program at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and became a Registered Acupuncturist (RAc). I have since travelled to McMaster University to train in Neurofunctional Acupuncture offered through the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. I also have training in N.A.D.A., a protocol of auricular (ear) acupuncture used for treating a variety of conditions related to anxiety and stress. I take pride in taking the time to get to know my clients and working hard to help them achieve their goals and improve their health and well being. I am a life long learner and I am always eager to share my knowledge about movement, pain education, exercise, diet etc.
