Mary is a naturopathic doctor and host of the Fertility Stories podcast. Her practice is focused on fertility and womens health. Mary helps mums-to-be get calm, confident and in control of their fertility. She is passionate about helping women thrive on their fertility journey; leading them from isolation and overwhelm towards a life of renewed purpose and support. She understands the struggle because she has also gone through her own fertility journey and has two boys through IVF. She is ready to help guide you through the journey and THRIVE. Mary graduated with honors from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then pursued medicine at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Centre in the Philippines. She practiced as a general practitioner in Manila until moving to Canada. Mary then graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with a degree in Doctor of Naturopathy. She is a registered Naturopathic Doctor under the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Mary has also received advanced training in pharmacology, which allows her to prescribe regulated substances such as bio-identical hormones, desiccated thyroid, and intra-muscular injectables. Mary integrates the best of both worlds through her knowledge of conventional Western medicine and naturopathic medicine. She works closely with other health professionals such as medical doctors and nurses to provide supportive, patient centered care.
