During her training, she had the privilege of working with a variety of individuals with different conditions in college and through multiple outreaches, such as UBC, Seawheeze half marathon, and Ironman to Kinsman Lodge. In her practice, Elizabeth focuses more on myofascial release techniques, general Swedish, and petrissage. She is a strong advocate toward being an active participant in one’s own wellness and she is looking forward to helping you achieve your physical health so you can get back to the activities you enjoy.
